The EZ Airflow is designed, produced, assembled, and sold by EZ Innovation! Developed to optimize ventilation in aircraft SCAT ducting systems, the EZ Airflow is perfect for long idling periods on the ramp or improving airflow to aft seats! One of our team members found the need for EZ Airflow critical in his own aircraft, which is how the product concept started. Tested first hand by our team, we can assure the EZ Airflow does what it's meant to, move air easily!

EZ SCAT Duct

EZ Innovation Product
While working on a friend's plane, one of EZ Innovation's team members found the need for a custom SCAT duct transition adapter. EZ Innovation proceeded with the design and prototyping process until a final product was achieved. The custom adapter was used to route SCAT ducting through a tight space in the aircraft header.

Replacement Fuel Primer Knob - KOHLER K-2403-2

The KOHLER K-2403-2 Fuel Primer is commonly found on Cessna aircraft. The fuel primer knob is a part that is known to wear out after prolonged use. Trust us, our own team knows by experience! To bring life back to the worn-out fuel primer knob, a direct replacement was design by EZ Innovation and 3D printed from Nylon-12 for long lasting performance and durability!

Product Tooling Drawings

Client: Mantec Services
EZ Innovation assisted Mantec Services by developing manufacturing drawings for one of their product offerings. Our responsibilities included: physically reviewing the product tooling at Mantec's facility, developing a 3D CAD model of the tool, and associated 2D manufacturing drawings with applicable tolerances.

Mechanical Design & Analysis

Client: Intelliport Corporation
The OmniTruck is a heavy lifting transportation device, ideal for moving large equipment inside confined spaces due to the patented omni wheel lifting technology (click to learn more about the OmniTruck). EZ Innovation responsibilities for product success involved: mechanical design (assembly & various individual parts), assembly stress analysis (for max load capacity validation), and product/assembly documentation (3D model generation & 2D manufacturing drawings with applicable tolerances).




EZ Headset Holder

The EZ Headset Holder is a quick install design developed for pilot headset storage. Simply use the suction cup to mount the single or dual EZ Headset Holder to the wind-screen, and hang your headset for a clutter free storage solution (whenever the headset is not in use).

Manufacturing Drawings
Year: 2022
Client: Charley's Greenhouse
Standardized drawings are required for constructing and assembling greenhouses. The customer requested to have their current drawings updated with additional detail for their most popular greenhouse. EZ Innovation was able to review the previous drawings and develop 3D models for the whole greenhouse assembly. 2D drawings were produced as a result of the 3D models. The 2D drawings were finalized and delivered to the customer in PDF format.

Stop Turn Fitting
Year: 2022
EZ Innovation Product
Originally developed for the aviation industry, the Stop Turn Fitting (ST Fitting) is designed to the ease the installation of bulkhead AN fittings. Prior to the ST Fitting, AN fitting installation required two people (one person to tighten the fitting on the engine side of the firewall and one person to keep the fitting from freely spinning on the cabin side of the firewall). The ST Fitting now allows for a single person to easily install and tighten a bulkhead AN Fitting within minutes!

Custom Instrument Panel
Year: 2022
EZ Innovation Product
EZ Innovation's COO & Chief Engineer is a proud owner of a GlasAir 1. During the restoration process, our Chief Engineer needed a new instrument panel in order to complete the build. EZ Innovation utilized 3D CAD software to configure custom gauge and aviation component placement. A DXF file was developed and loaded into a laser cutter to manufacture the custom instrument panel for the GlasAir 1.
